Dementia :A major fatal problem which may harm people severely in coming phase of time. Not only does the memory of a person suffering from dementia become weak, the ability of the brain to coordinate decreases, due to which the patient starts having many problems. According to a research  if some changes are made in daily activities, then its risk can be reduced by 35%.According to WHO by 2030, 78 million(7.8 crore) people will suffer from dementia. 1. Direct Relation of Hearing Ability: Due to low hearing, a person becomes hesitant to socialize. In such a situation, the ability of the brain to coordinate decreases. As a result, memory starts decreasing.

2. Keep Blood Pressure Balanced: Due to disturbances in blood pressure, the ability of the heart to work, due to which free radicals start increasing. This increases stress and inflammation, which damage neurons. This affects the ability of the brain.

3. Control diabetes: If the advanced diabetes is not controlled, it starts reaching the brain, which damages the cells.

Also,  according to the World Health Organization (WHO), 55 million people in the world are suffering from dementia. 60% of these patients live in low or middle income countries. Most of the patients of amnesia are elderly. According to WHO, by 2030, the number of patients will increase to 78 million. At the same time, by the year 2050, this figure will reach 13.9 crores.
