  • Use a chia seed to liquid ratio of 1:4 to create the pudding.
  • For example, mix 1 tablespoon chia seeds with 1/4 cup liquid and let it sit for 10 minutes.
  • Sprinkled on top of toast fingers that are topped with a thin layer of nut butter, cream cheese or other baby-friendly spread.
  • Rolled around wedges of slippery fruits like avocado or peach so baby can get a better grip and also benefit from the nutrient boost.
  • Mixed with yogurt or oatmeal.
