Tips For Women To Stay Healthy

Women’s health differs from that of men in many unique ways. Women’s health is an example of population health, where health is defined by the World Health Organization as “a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity” .Tips for women to stay healthy:

1.Women should not be in hurry to finish all house work at the same time .Those who try to finish the work in one shot are stressed and feeling lot of health problems.

2.Take some rest ,it’s not a sin to relax and spend some time.

3.Take a sleep if you feel sleepy or headache. It will help you to revive and do your work more with more energy.

4.Donot take any sedative to sleep as you will destroy your brain and organs. These pills have lots of side-effects, such as forgetting things, feeling unrest and many more.

5.Relax your brain, worry less ,go for a walk, laugh, smile more, dance, sing .In short do what you really want to do.

6.Meditation is the best thing for you. Have some quiet time. Breath fresh air and breath out all negativities.

7. Go for shopping alone or with your friends. Buy something for you .Just do something for yourself even if your partner does not do it for you.

8. Get the appliances which you really think can ease your work. Such as you can purchase washing machine ,dishwasher etc , whatever you think can ease your work.

9.Avoid stress as it is women’s largest silent killer.

10. Go for regular medical check -ups,even if you don’t feel sick .Doing this has saved a lot of women in the past.

11. Ask for help when you do not feel good ,go to health centre ,hospital or call some nearby doctor. Do not self medicate.

All these tips will really help to rejuvenate you and to lead  a healthy life.
